1. All items sold by Doran Supplies are available to customers in the United States only!
2. Checks and money orders are accepted. If paying by check, allow 5 business days for the check to clear. If paying by money order, your order will be processed immediately. You can get a money order from your financial institution or from your local U.S. Post Office. Please make your check/money order to DORAN SUPPLIES. Starter checks are not accepted. Checks that have NSF (non-sufficient funds) will be charged a fee of $25.00.
3. All major credit cards are accepted through PayPal. If paying by PayPal, instructions on how to pay will be sent by e-mail.
4. All items are shipped through United Parcel Service (UPS). Shipping costs are minimum $8.50 or 10% of you total order (excluding sales tax), whichever is greater. There is a $25.00 minimum on all supply orders.
5. Since all books and supplies are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS), a valid street address is required. No P.O. Boxes please.
6. Illinois residents must pay the state sales tax of 6.25%.

DORAN SUPPLIES RETURN POLICY
1. All items sold by Doran Supplies (excluding time-sensitive books) have a 14 day no questions asked return privilege. Time-sensitive books are those that are published yearly such as, for example, the Red Book and Krause Standard Catalog series books. Return of those books are at Doran Supplies' discretion due to the time-sensitive nature of these books. DVD's are to be in its original holder/case.
2. All returned items must have a receipt with them so that a refund can be issued.
3. Refunds will be issued by check for customers who paid with a check or money order, and by PayPal to customers who paid using PayPal.
